Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email hbuff88@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions — please don't ship anything back before you hear from us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it. We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
