1. Agreement. By accessing or purchasing from ROI (we, us), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. 2. Products and Pricing. We strive for accuracy in descriptions, images, and prices but do not warrant they are error-free. Colors may vary by screen. We may correct errors, change prices, or discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order even after it is placed. 3. Orders and Payment. Submitting an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, reseller activity, or stock issues. You confirm the payment method used is yours. 4. Shipping and Returns. Fulfillment is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both incorporated here by reference. 5. Installation and Use. Our products include electrical fixtures (such as LED mirrors) and plumbing components. These must be installed by a qualified, licensed professional per local codes. We are not liable for injury, property damage, or product failure resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. 6. Intellectual Property. All site content — images, text, logos — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission. 7. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
